Expanding the Vision: Forum for Music Directors* As a music director, you are always reevaluating your artistic and organizational goals. In this seminar, celebrate innovation and replenish your artistic vision while exploring the challenges and opportunities of being a music director in today’s world. This seminar, open only to conductors who have been titled music directors for at least five seasons, will include facilitated opportunities for participants to explore their own professional potential and realities.

Managing and Leading a Youth Orchestra* Directing a youth orchestra, whether as an executive director, music director, operations director, or as part of a team, involves all the skills necessary in an adult orchestra…and then some.
