Facts & Stats to drive your e-marketing results
Now that e-mail marketing is an increasingly important part of an orchestra marketer’s tool chest, knowing how symphony patrons actually use the internet can be an important part of your success. In this session JD Hixson, senior account executive for Patron Technology will present the results of a nationwide study of symphony attendees’ online behavior, specifically focusing on Web sites and e-mail, completed in March 2006. You’ll learn how to fine-tune your efforts with information about aspects of e-mail marketing, such as what day of week works best, what factors cause people to open and read an arts e-mail, and what kinds of site features patrons most value.
